Rexroth Synchronous Linear Motor ML3-with iron core

Describe

The ML3 series of self-cooling iron-core linear motors provide great force in a small installation space. They have a feed force of up to 4,500 N and a nominal force of up to 1,900 N. The particularly compact design and extremely high power density make the ML3 motor unique. Thanks to their space-saving electromechanical design, these linear motors can be used even if the installation space is particularly limited. The high synchronization quality of the motor is due to its minimal cogging force and the resulting low force fluctuations, among other effects. They are designed as a self-cooling motor series, which can dispense with the machine's coolant system, thus simplifying the installation process. The ML3 series of synchronous linear motors are high-output direct drive alternatives to traditional ball screws. With fewer wearing parts, higher mechanical rigidity, and maximum positioning accuracy and dynamics, they have contributed to a significant increase in factory automation. ML3
